COAST
COAST (Crisis Outreach and Support Team) is a program supported by St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton that provides emergency mental health and addiction services to members of the Hamilton community. As a leader in mental health and addiction COAST works with a multidisciplinary team, including child and youth crisis workers, mental health workers, social workers and police officers, to help individuals overcome mental health crises.
